Why Experiential Learning? Experiential Training is provided to give a larger group of participants, or a team, a group experience focused on a particular theme that will serve their lives and leadership. While many training programs can "download" information to participants, ACI's belief is that actively engaging the participants throughout the program empowers them to retain more of the learning. Throughout the session, participants will be actively engaged and using the skills delivered in the training. Coupled with follow up via one-on-one coaching or group sessions, the learning experience can be deepened even further. Organizational Experiential Training & Workshops Active Choices, Inc. is committed to finding the perfect fit in programming for you. Based on our clients’ needs, we will design an experiential program (meaning that participants will be actively engaged and participate, vs. sitting in a classroom all day) that will address the outcomes you are looking for.
