Founded by Anese Cavanaugh , CPCC, ACI was created to serve individuals and organizations to help them enhance their lives and leadership by calling them to live to their fullest and assisting them in creating and designing their leadership and lives by choice.

ACI’s mission is to provide leaders with tools and resources to achieve sustainable leadership. Why? Because powerful field- and people-focused leadership is what builds success within organizations and throughout the world. A thriving organization needs strong, sustainable leadership. For a leader to be sustainable, he or she must lead for a reason, and at the same time, ensure self-care and attention, so that he or she is fully engaged, passionate and able to lead without burnout. 

Imagine a world where all people are leaders in their lives, powered by the vitality and energy that will create the changes they desire. People can live fully engaged lives that give them the power to accomplish activities and projects that are personally satisfying and also serve their organizations and communities.

Support clients’ needs

When a client’s needs increase and additional support is needed, ACI draws from a network of professional coaches. Each coach affiliated with ACI has obtained training from accredited Coaching Schools, is a Certified Professional Coach who belongs to the International Coach Federation. Most important, each coach is carefully selected to match the client. Each agreement is co-designed by the organization and ACI in advance of the program.

ACI is driven to call forth each person to lead powerfully and to support leaders by helping them create sustainable leadership that benefits the individual and the organization’s bottom line.
